Products must be unused, uninstalled, complete and in resaleable condition. No routine inspection charges apply. Genuinely made-to-order items are excluded from voluntary change-of-mind returns, subject to applicable law. Damaged, defective or incorrect item? Contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. A later report does not automatically remove statutory rights. We will investigate and arrange the appropriate resolution.
Our published warranty information covers manufacturing defects and excludes damage from use, modification or improper installation.
